Lets take a downtown stroll

What i love the most is to pretend i am tourist at my city! Since traveling is one of passions , i thought to take a walk at the centre of beautiful Vienna.
I started with the view of Saint's Stephansdom. There are a lot of coffee places , where you can enjoy the original viennese cafĂ© or a glass of prosecco .My favourite one is Hawelka , a vintage cafe which it does not seems from the outside but you can feel it as you go through .

Later , i found myself outside from the neo-baroque Burgtheatre, one of Vienna's many theatres.

As i walked down the street i came across with the Austrian Parliament Builiding, which is an other work of art! It has been placed on the Ringstrasse and it was completed in 1983. The design featured a Greek revival style , with the statue from Goddess Athena placed on the iconic fountain right in front of the facade. The design of the building was inspired by the Zappeion in Athens .

As my walk was coming to its end and still had some time for shopping , i stared walking toward to Mariahilfer Strasse . The longest shopping street in the city. It worths to pass by .

Thank you for reading it..
